Glass Oil-Film Remover Polish — Machine-Safe Forged Alumina
Developed and made in Taiwan
Share
A glass polish and oil-film remover for stripping heavy oil film and water spots ahead of a glass coating. The abrasive is forged rather than crushed alumina, which is what makes it safe under a powered polisher.
Performance
- Removes heavy oil film — cuts baked-on oil film and mineral haze that cleaners leave behind.
- Machine-safe abrasive — forged alumina rather than crushed grit, so it does not scratch glass under powered or pneumatic polishers.
- Coating preparation — the pre-treatment step before applying a glass coating.
- Efficient with the applicator — the supplied sponge cuts working time and product consumption.
Application
- Machine: apply and work the polish with a powered or pneumatic polisher.
- Hand: apply to dry glass, adding a little water in hot, dry conditions. Hand work is slower than a crushed-grit powder but scratch-free.
- Buff off residue and inspect at an angle before coating.
