These Terms govern your use of this website. The website is operated by Da Xin Shang Yang Co., Ltd. (大信上仰有限公司), Taiwan Unified Business Number 90258233, registered at 1F., No. 248, Sec. 4, Chongqing N. Rd., Shilin Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan ("Andrew Rose", "we", "us" or "our").

1. This website is a showroom

This website is a product showroom. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no order can be placed through it. Product pages, specifications, images and any other content are provided for information only. We supply international distributors, importers, retailers and detailing studios.

2. No contract is formed by this website

No contract arises from browsing this website, from submitting an enquiry, or from any reply we send acknowledging an enquiry. A contract arises only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and you accept it in writing. Where those documents conflict with this website, the written quotation or order confirmation prevails.

3. An enquiry does not appoint you as a distributor

Submitting an enquiry, receiving a quotation, or placing an order does not appoint you as our distributor, agent or representative, and does not grant any territory, exclusivity or right to act on our behalf. Distribution rights arise only under a separate written agreement signed by us.

4. Product information and performance figures

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Screen colours, packaging and product appearance may vary, and packaging shown may differ from the presentation supplied to trade.

Durability, coverage, dilution, dwell and speed figures published on this website are typical values observed under the conditions stated, not guaranteed results and not a warranty. Real performance depends on surface preparation, application method, dilution, equipment, storage, climate and use. Figures developed under Taiwan conditions may not transfer to other climates.

Product suitability depends on the surface, the application method, the dilution and local conditions. Always follow the product label and test on an inconspicuous area before full application.

We may change formulations, specifications, presentations and packaging without notice.

5. Samples

Samples are supplied for evaluation only. They are provided without warranty, are not necessarily from current production, and do not establish the specification of any subsequent supply.

6. Product safety

These are professional car-care chemicals. The range includes acidic, alkaline and solvent-based products. Use them only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the label, the technical information and the safety instructions. Keep chemicals away from children, food, heat and incompatible materials. Professional products may require training and personal protective equipment.

Safety data sheets are available on request and must be obtained, read and passed on to anyone handling the product. See Product Safety & Compliance for handling, storage and buyer obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, incompatible surfaces, improper dilution, improper storage, or use after modification or repackaging.

7. Decanting, repackaging and relabelling

Several products are supplied as concentrates and in bulk presentations. If you decant, dilute, repackage or relabel a product, you become responsible for the resulting product as placed on your market: for its labelling, its hazard communication, its container suitability and its compliance with local law. Our responsibility is limited to the product as supplied by us in its original sealed container.

8. Import, registration and market compliance

You are responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be imported, marketed, sold and used in your market, and for completing any registration, notification, classification, labelling, language and documentation requirements that apply there. We will supply the product information reasonably available to us to support that process, but we do not warrant that any product complies with the law of any country outside Taiwan.

9. Intellectual property

The Andrew Rose name, branding, product materials, photographs, videos, text and website content are owned by us or used with permission. You may not use our name, trade marks or materials for marketing, packaging, listings or any other purpose without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party services

This website uses third-party services, including the enquiry form. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to information you submit through them.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and any mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the website, from reliance on information published on it, or from the use of products.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The version in force when a quotation is issued applies to that quotation.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
