Andrew Rose is a manufacturer in Taiwan supplying international distributors, importers, retailers and detailing studios. This website is a product showroom — orders are not placed online. Every shipment is quoted individually.

How an order is arranged

  1. Enquiry. Tell us the products, quantities and destination market through the international enquiry form, WhatsApp or email.
  2. Quotation. We confirm availability, packing configuration, freight options and total cost in writing.
  3. Confirmation and shipment. Production or stock allocation, documentation, and despatch by the agreed route.

Freight

Detailing chemicals are liquids, and some are classified as hazardous for transport. That affects which carriers and routes are available, and it is why we quote per shipment rather than publishing a rate table.

Air freight, sea freight (LCL and FCL) and courier are all used depending on volume and destination. The appropriate route is confirmed with your quotation.

Confirmed on enquiry

The following are shipment-specific and are set out in writing in your quotation rather than published here:

  • Incoterms, port of loading and payment terms
  • Packing configuration, carton quantities and shipping weights
  • Minimum order quantity and value
  • Lead time for stock and for production runs
  • HS codes, safety data sheets and transport classification for your market
  • Import duties, taxes and clearance, which are the importer's responsibility unless the quotation states otherwise

Safety, classification and documentation

Detailing chemicals include acidic, alkaline and solvent-based products, and some are classified as hazardous for transport. Handling, storage, decanting and importer responsibilities are set out on the Product Safety & Compliance page. Safety data sheets are available on request — ask at the quotation stage.

Labelling and market requirements

Requirements differ by market. Tell us the destination country at enquiry stage so labelling, documentation and formulation availability can be confirmed before anything is committed.
